Pai Gow Poker Rules are very simple to learn. The game is played with a standard 52 card deck and also includes one joker. The joker is used as a wild card yet can only be used as an Ace or as a card to complete a royal flush, straight flush or straight. Values for each winning hand are the same as in basic poker. After a bet is placed each player, including the dealer, gets 7 cards. After this is done, you then split up your seven cards into two hands.
